The OUTEQ FL7 is a compact rechargeable LED flashlight for everyday carry. Three 351B LED chips deliver up to 2050 lumens, yet the body measures just 111 mm, and the IP67 rating means dust, rain and brief immersion are no problem. It charges over USB-C directly in the body, and the 18650 cell can be swapped for a new one at any time.

Features

Up to 2050 lumens from three LEDs

Three 351B LED chips in the head work together to create a wide, even beam with no dark spots. In Turbo mode the output reaches up to 2050 lumens, enough to light a garden, a yard or a longer stretch of road. Turbo is a short-term power mode: as the light warms up, the electronics gradually step output down to around 500 lumens to prevent overheating. For ordinary use outdoors, High or Medium is usually enough, and Turbo is there for moments when you need maximum light at once.

Replaceable 18650 battery

Power comes from a single 18650 cell with a capacity of 2000 mAh. Unlike lights with a sealed-in battery, the cell is simply swapped for a new one after years of use, so a worn battery does not mean the end of the whole flashlight. An indicator in the button reports the charge level continuously: green means more than 30%, red 10 to 30% and flashing red under 10%. In eco Low mode the light runs for up to 42 hours; in Turbo, roughly 3 hours.

IP67 rating and rugged construction

The body is anodised aluminium alloy, which draws heat away at higher outputs and resists scratching. The side control button is stainless steel, as is the clip on the body. The IP67 rating means complete dust-tightness and resistance to temporary immersion – considerably more than the usual pocket standard of IP44. Rain, snow or a drop into a puddle will not stop it, but it is not intended for diving or continuous use underwater.

Six modes with memory

A single side button cycles through High, Medium, Low, Strobe and SOS, a double click launches full Turbo output at any point, and a long press turns the light off. The memory function stores your last-used mode, so you do not have to click through from the start. Strobe and SOS are for signalling; in SOS mode the light runs for roughly 6 hours. The reversible stainless clip holds the light in a pocket facing either up or down, and it can attach to a cap brim, where it shines in your line of sight.

USB-C charging

The light charges through a USB-C connector in the body itself, with no need to remove the battery. An ordinary phone adapter with a 5 V, 1 A input and the included USB-A to USB-C cable are enough; a full charge takes roughly 3 hours. An indicator tracks progress, showing red while charging and green when done. You can also top it up on the road from a power bank or a car adapter.
