We ship from our warehouse in the Czech Republic through proven carriers. Below you will find the rates for Czechia, Slovakia, Poland and the rest of the European Union; the price for your address also shows in the cart.

Choosing a pickup point
If you pick a pickup point as the delivery method, you choose the exact branch in the cart – the nearest PPL and Packeta points are offered based on the address you enter. The selected branch then appears in the order summary and in the confirmation e-mail.
If a pickup point does not suit you, choose delivery to your address and the carrier brings the parcel to your door.
Payment
You can pay quickly and securely, whichever way suits you best:
- Card online (Visa, Mastercard) – instant confirmation, free of charge.
- Apple Pay & Google Pay – one-tap payment, free of charge.
- Bank transfer – payment details arrive by email once your order is placed.
- Cash on delivery – cash or card on receipt, CZK 39 surcharge.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed on working days before 1 p.m. and paid by card or online are usually dispatched the same day. Items in stock go out straight away; if something is not immediately available, we will email you and agree on how to proceed.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as we hand the parcel over to the carrier, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it in real time. The carrier will notify you by SMS and email when your parcel reaches the pickup point.
Uncollected parcels
Parcels usually wait at pickup points for 7 days. If you do not collect yours in time, it comes back to us and we will contact you about resending it or issuing a refund.
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver outside the Czech Republic?
Yes. We deliver to Slovakia and Poland via PPL and Packeta, and to other European Union countries via DHL. Rates and free-shipping thresholds for all of these markets are listed in the tables above.
Can I change the address after placing my order?
Email us as soon as you can at customercare@outeq.eu – we are happy to update the address any time before we hand the parcel to the carrier.
Will I get an invoice?
We include the invoice with your parcel and email it to you as soon as the order ships.
