Orders and shipping
When will my order arrive?
Items in stock ship within 24 hours. Delivery within the Czech Republic usually takes 1–2 business days, and 2–3 days to Slovakia.
How much is shipping?
On orders over 1.999 Kč shipping is free. Below that we charge from 79 Kč according to the carrier’s price list.
How do I track my parcel?
As soon as we dispatch your order, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow the parcel online.
Do you deliver to Slovakia?
Yes, we deliver across the Czech Republic and to Slovakia. The price and delivery time appear at checkout based on the carrier you choose.
Payment
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay by card online, by instant bank transfer or cash on delivery. You choose the payment method at checkout.
Is paying by card safe?
Yes. Payments run through a secure payment gateway and your card details never reach us.
Will I get a tax invoice?
We email you a VAT invoice automatically once your order is complete, and you will also find it attached to the confirmation.
Returns and claims
Can I return an item?
Yes. As a consumer you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Fill in the withdrawal form, send the goods back undamaged and we will refund you.
How do I return an item?
Email us at customercare@outeq.eu and we will send simple instructions and the return address straight away.
What is the warranty period?
We provide the statutory 24-month warranty on all products. For batteries, the warranty covers manufacturing defects.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us at customercare@outeq.eu with your order number and a description of the fault. We handle claims as quickly as possible, usually within 30 days.
Products and use
What does the IP rating on a flashlight mean?
An IP rating indicates resistance to dust and water – IPX8, for example, means it withstands immersion. We cover it in detail in our buying guide.
How long does the battery last?
Runtime depends on the mode you choose. In eco mode it runs for tens of hours; at maximum output for a shorter time. You will find specific figures on each product.
Are the flashlights rechargeable?
Most of our flashlights and headlamps charge over USB-C. The power source is listed in the specifications of every product.
Which light should I choose?
It depends on the use – running, the workshop, camping or tactical use all call for different specifications. Our buying guide will help you choose.

Do I have to register?
No, you can buy without registering. An account does make it easier to track orders and shop again, though.
